5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safe removal and disposal of items, we are not liable for any damages or injuries that occur during the removal process.
